Job Responsibilities :

• Good knowledge of fashion trends and understanding of commercial designs for kids.
• Managing design process from concept to final styling.
• Ability to design and develop ideas that are new, as well as production feasible.
• Satisfactory knowledge about fabric, trims, materials, laces, print, embroidery, etc.
• Assembling seasonal forecasts and creating designs to feed the demand.
• Follow up with factory PD department to make sure the right product.
• Monitor and analyze fashion trends in design, fabrics, colors, and shapes.
• Present and Attend Design Collection and Seminar.
• Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends.
• Understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs.
• Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
